     Felecity Hill was born on 16 March 1869 at Fayette County, West Virginia.1 She was the daughter of David Moses Hill and Martha Rigg.1 Felecity Hill married, at age 27, John Akers on Thursday, 16 April 1896 at Fayette County, West Virginia.2 Felecity Hill died on 30 January 1950 at Danese, Fayette County, Tennessee, at age 80 years, 10 months and 14 days.1
     Felecity Hill was also known as Elista.1
