Theodore Michael Starck was born on 30 October 1919 at Vernal, Uintah County, Utah.1 He married, at age 23, Audrey Gearldine Brown, age 20, daughter of Geary Linden Brown and Willow Mae Myers, on Sunday, 3 October 1943 at Fort Lewis, Washington.1 Theodore Michael Starck died on 24 March 1998 at Salem, Marion County, Oregon, at age 78 years, 4 months and 24 days.1 He was buried in the Willamette National Cemetery, located in Portland, Multnomah County, Oregon.1
