Frank L. Ball

Frank L. Ball was born in March 1892 at Missouri. He was the son of John Wesley Ball and Sarah Elizabeth Hughes. Frank L. Ball married, at age 19, Cova Glades Snuffer, age 17, daughter of Newton Alfred Snuffer and Laura Cogdill, on Saturday, 29 July 1911 at Saint Clair, Franklin County, Missouri. Frank L. Ball died on 30 September 1963 at Eureka, Greenwood County, Kansas, at age 71 years and 6 months.
