Frank Snuffer was born on 15 May 1898 at Missouri. He was the son of George Washington Snuffer and Celia Hannah Swartz. Frank Snuffer married, at age 22, Ruby Wagers, age 23 on Wednesday, 9 February 1921. Frank Snuffer died on 7 January 1993 at Amity, DeKalb County, Missouri, at age 94 years, 7 months and 23 days.
He became a widower at the age of 81 with the death of Ruby in August 1979.
