     John W. Winston married Alma VanBibber, daughter of Jeffrey James VanBibber and Sarah Josephine Spurgen, circa 1893. John W. Winston died on 18 June 1960.1 He was buried in the Blackwater Chapel Cemetery, located in Pettis County, Missouri.1
