Rebecca VanBibber was born on 10 October 1848 at Greenup County, Kentucky. She was the daughter of Ezekiel VanBibber and Susan Rice. Rebecca VanBibber married, at age 15, Benjamin Preston Smith, age 22 on Thursday, 29 September 1864 at Scioto County, Ohio. Rebecca VanBibber died on 28 October 1918 at Greenup County, Kentucky, at age 70 years and 18 days.
