     Van Daniel Boone was born on 9 October 1879 at Pueblo County, Colorado. He was the son of Albert Gallatin Boone and Susan Hollis Fosdick. Van Daniel Boone married, at age 31, Blanche Marie Getty on Saturday, 31 December 1910 at Syracuse, Hamilton County, Kansas. Van Daniel Boone died on 26 March 1951 at age 71 years, 5 months and 17 days.
