     Joseph Frank Yoakum was born on 22 June 1873 at Claiborne County, Tennessee.1 He was the son of George Melvin Yoakum and Louise Welch. Joseph Frank Yoakum married Ellen Dike in 1895. Joseph Frank Yoakum died on 26 May 1950 at age 76 years, 11 months and 4 days.1 He was buried in the Jacksboro Cemetery, located in Jacksboro, Campbell County, Tennessee.1
