     Walter Virgil Fisher was born on 22 September 1920.1 He was the son of Walter Fisher and Rhoda Ishman. Walter Virgil Fisher married, at age 24, Yvonne Edith Metzger, age 21, daughter of Charles W. Metzger and Catherine Elizabeth Waltz, on Thursday, 21 June 1945.2 Walter Virgil Fisher died on 1 August 1995 at age 74 years, 10 months and 10 days.1
