Letitia Poff was born on 4 May 1858 at Pulaski County, Kentucky.1 She was the daughter of Charles Cornelius Poff and Hannah Marguarete VanBebber.1 Letitia Poff first married, at age 23, William James Figg, son of Josiah Figg and Agnes Pollard, in November 1881.1 Letitia Poff married a second time, at age 38, John Garrett Figg, age 44, son of Josiah Figg and Agnes Pollard, in July 1896. Letitia Poff died on 1 May 1938 at Iowa at age 79 years, 11 months and 27 days.1
