     Walter G. Urich was born in 1904 at Pennsylvania. He was the son of George Monroe Urich and Louisa A. Cassel.1 Walter G. Urich married Lydia Elizabeth Updegraff, daughter of Robert Lee Updegraff and Elizabeth Virginia Fisher, on Saturday, 28 January 1928 at Etters, Newberry Township, York County, Pennsylvania.1
     Walter G. Urich was employed by the Pennesylvania Central Railroad circa 1948.1
