George Wilhelm Fischer was born on 19 March 1859. He was the son of Peter Fischer and Nancy Waltz. George Wilhelm Fischer married Rosanna Beach, daughter of John Beach and Johannah Wurster.1 George Wilhelm Fischer died on 18 December 1940 at age 81 years, 8 months and 29 days. He was buried in the State Road United Methodist Church Cemetery, located in Lycoming Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.
