Lillian May Miller was born on 16 November 1920.1,2,3 She married, at age 26, Paul Jesse Updegraff, age 29, son of Clyde H. Updegraff and Margaret R. Lewis, on Wednesday, 8 January 1947.1 Lillian May Miller died on 30 October 2006 at Highlands Ranch, Douglas County, Colorado, at age 85 years, 11 months and 14 days.2,3
She was widowed at age 73 by the death of Paul on 20 December 1993.4 Her obituary was published on 7 November 2006 in the Harrisburg Patriot, printed in Harrisburg, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania. Her obituary stated:
Lillian May Updegraff, 85, of Highlands Ranch, Colorado, formerly of Harrisburg, passed away October 29, 2006.
Surviving are one daughter, Cathy Willis and two grandchildren, Nathan and Natalie Willis.
