Eugene Paul VanBebber was born on 10 August 1925 at Comanche, Stephens County, Oklahoma. He was the son of Burley Fleetwood VanBebber and Myrtle Irene Roper. Eugene Paul VanBebber died on 21 January 2002 at Yakima, Yakima County, Washington, at age 76 years, 5 months and 11 days.

Mr. Van Bebber was born in Comanche, Okla., and served in the U.S. Army during World War II. He later worked with the Veterans Administration in Seattle, Yakima and Spokane, retiring in 1985 after 38 years of service. After retiring, he was a Washington state service officer with the Veterans of Foreign Wars for 10 years. Mr. Van Bebber lived in Redmond, Wash., for 38 years and moved to Yakima two years ago.
