     Ermin Dunkleberger was born on 30 October 1924 at Balls Mills, Hepburn Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.1 He was the son of Trevette Harris Dunkleberger and Mary Elizabeth Brucklacher.1 Ermin Dunkleberger married, at age 18, Irene Gertrude Thomas on Saturday, 21 August 1943. Ermin Dunkleberger married Shirley [—?—] in 1991. Ermin Dunkleberger died on 1 September 2007 at age 82 years, 10 months and 2 days.1
     His obituary was published on 3 September 2007 in the Williamsport Sun-Gazette, printed in Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania. His obituary stated:

     Ermin (Short) Dunkleberger, 82, of Mansfield, Pa., passed away September 1, 2007, at Broad Acres Nursing Home.

     He was born October 30, 1924, in Balls Mills, Pa., the son of Trevette and Mary Elizabeth Brucklacher Dunkleberger.

     Short was a retired farmer and also worked at Mansfield University and Wal-Mart. He was a member of the Roseville United Methodist Church, Friendship Lodge #247 F&AM and the Coudersport Consistory.

     Short is survived by his wife of 16 years, the former, Shirley Loud, 2 sons and daughters-in-law; Gary and Patricia, Thomas and Linda, all of Mansfield, Pa., 4 step children; John Whittaker of Rochester, NY, Laurie Swartz and Sandy Colegrove both of Mansfield, Pa., Tina Kendall of Beaver Dams, NY; a sister-in-law, Myrtle Dunkleberger of Millerton, Pa., a step sister, Beatrice Mae Seymour of Odessa, NY; 3 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren and 5 step grandchildren.

     He was predeceased by his first wife, Irene Gertrude Thomas Dunkleberger and his brother, Harris.

     Friends are invited to call at the Gary W. Wilston Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 130 Main St., Mansfield, Pa., Tuesday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Wednesday 11 a.m. to noon. Friendship Lodge #247 F&AM will conduct services Wednesday at 11:30 a.m. Funeral services will follow there Wednesday at noon. Burial will be in Bradford County Memorial Park.

     Family will provide the flowers. Memorial contributions may be made to the Roseville United Methodist Church c/o Roger York, 446 Pumpkin Hill Road, Mansfield, Pa., or the Mansfield Ambulance Association, 381 S.
