     Herbert L. Ulmer was born on 5 July 1886. He has also been reported to have been born 5 July 1885 per his headstone in the cemetery. He was the son of Jonathan A. Ulmer and Maria A. Gottschall. Herbert L. Ulmer died on 26 January 1887 at age 6 months and 21 days. He was buried in the Blooming Grove Cemetery, located in Hepburn Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.
