Cora Bell Bolinger was born on 18 September 1870.1 She was the daughter of Benjamin Bolinger and Sarah Ann Yoakum.1 Cora Bell Bolinger married Emerson Etheridge Fortner, son of Elisha F. Fortner and Sarah Jane Day, in 1892.1 Cora Bell Bolinger died on 3 April 1947 at age 76 years, 6 months and 16 days.1
