     Matthias VanBibber was born on 21 May 1826 at Nicholas County, Virginia. He was the son of David Campbell Robinson VanBibber and Jane Ann Williams. Matthias VanBibber married, at age 29, Margaret Stephenson on Thursday, 29 November 1855 at Nicholas County, Virginia. Matthias VanBibber died on 6 February 1903 at Nicholas County, West Virginia, at age 76 years, 8 months and 16 days.
