     Harvia Elizabeth Jarrett was born on 12 May 1888 at Clinton Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania. She was the daughter of George Washington Jarrett and Lydia Anne Shaffer. Harvia Elizabeth Jarrett married, at age 34, Leroy Miller Boorse, age 30, son of Romanus S. Boorse and Lillian Miller, on Monday, 10 July 1922. Harvia Elizabeth Jarrett died in December 1967 at age 79 years and 6 months.
     She and Leroy Miller Boorse appeared on the census of 18 April 1930 at Philadelphia, 42nd Ward, Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania.
