     Mary Elizabeth Koch was born on 5 June 1872. She married, at age 23, Wallace Robert Gardyne, age 30, son of David Gardyne and Nancy Ellen VanBibber, on Tuesday, 24 December 1895.1 Mary Elizabeth Koch died on 29 January 1957 at age 84 years, 7 months and 24 days.
     She was widowed at age 68 by the death of Wallace on 20 February 1941.1
