     Sarah Whitaker was born on 8 December 1896 at Wheeling, Ohio County, West Virginia.1 She was the daughter of Albert Coudon Whitaker and Jessie Edington Parks. Sarah Whitaker married, at age 26, Lawrence Woodward Franzheim, age 30, son of Harry Conard Franzheim and Jesse Woodward, on Thursday, 5 April 1923 at Wheeling, Ohio County, West Virginia.2 Sarah Whitaker died on 9 July 1977 at age 80 years, 7 months and 1 day.1 She was buried in the Greenwood Cemetery, located in Wheeling, Ohio County, West Virginia.2
