George Washington Wright

     George Washington Wright was born in June 1855 at Illinois. He was the son of John Kelly Wright and Lucinda Boyd. George Washington Wright has also been reported to have been born 18 February 1856 Randolph County, Illinois. He married, at age 27, Sarah Jane McCammon, daughter of Richard McCammon and Mary Ann Boone, on Sunday, 1 October 1882.1
     George Washington Wright was also known as Edward W. He appeared on the census of 29 June 1860 in the household of John Kelly Wright and Lucinda Boyd at Township 5 South Range 7 West, Randolph County, Illinois. George Washington Wright appeared on the census of 23 June 1870 in the household of John Kelly Wright and Lucinda Boyd at Township 5 South Range 7 West, Randolph County, Illinois. George Washington Wright appeared on the census of 1 July 1880 in the household of John Kelly Wright and Lucinda Boyd at Central Precinct, Randolph County, Illinois. George Washington Wright and Sarah Jane McCammon appeared on the census of 25 June 1900 at Hamilton Township, Sullivan County, Indiana.
