Isaac Rusling Pennypacker was born on 11 December 1852 at Phoenixville, Chester County, Pennsylvania.1 He was the son of Isaac Anderson Pennypacker Dr. and Anna Maria Whitaker. Isaac Rusling Pennypacker married, at age 26, Charlotte Hall Whitaker, age 26, daughter of William Penn Whitaker and Mary Ramsay, on Wednesday, 8 January 1879.1 Isaac Rusling Pennypacker died on 23 September 1935 at Ardmore, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, at age 82 years, 9 months and 12 days.1
