     Charles David Lewis was born on 20 July 1913. He married, at age 28, Evelyn Marie Myers, age 24, daughter of Fred N. Myers and Laura Fern Koch, on Saturday, 11 October 1941.1 Charles David Lewis died in 1993 at age 79 years. He was buried in the Blooming Grove Cemetery, located in Hepburn Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.
