Winner married, at age 21, Frances Lucille Bidelspacher, daughter of George Bidelspacher and Mary Trimble, on Sunday, 24 October 1943.1 Harold D. Winner and Frances Lucille Bidelspacher have also been reported to have been married 24 October 1942. Harold D. Winner died on 29 March 1990 at Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania, at age 67 years, 11 months and 3 days.1,2 He was buried on 31 March 1990 in the Quaker Hill Cemetery, located in Eldred Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.1
