Donna Louise Milheim was born on 5 August 1938 at Clarkstown, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.1 She was the daughter of Donald L. Milheim and Eleanor R. Person. Donna Louise Milheim married, at age 16, Elmer Lee Paulhamus, son of Ezra Cleveland Paulhamus and Mable Catherine Wurster, on Wednesday, 24 November 1954. Donna Louise Milheim died on 27 May 1996 at University of Pennsylvania Hospital, Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania, at age 57 years, 9 months and 22 days.1 She was buried in the Cogan House Cemetery, located in Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.
