     Clyde Larue Horn was born on 3 February 1913 at Stony Gap, Anthony Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.2,3,1 He was the son of Charles A. Horn and Mary M. Metzger. Clyde Larue Horn married, at age 20, Beatrice Eleanor Waltz, age 19, daughter of James William Waltz and Mabel Arvella Waltz, on Thursday, 22 June 1933.2 Clyde Larue Horn married, at age 57, Elizabeth L. Lowry on Friday, 27 November 1970.4 Clyde Larue Horn died on 1 January 1987 at Jersey Shore, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania, at age 73 years, 10 months and 29 days.3,1 He was buried on 3 January 1987 in the State Road United Methodist Church Cemetery, located in Lycoming Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.5
     He was a farmer at Woodward Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania. He became a widower at the age of 53 with the death of Beatrice on 12 August 1966.2 According to the Social Security Administrations Death Index Clyde's last known residence was Jersey Shore, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.1
