Eleanor May Bower was born on 23 December 1918 at Rose Valley, Gamble Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.1 She was the daughter of Lawrence Sylvester Bower and Pearl A. Heim. Eleanor May Bower married, at age 22, Earl R. Kepner, age 21, son of Chester Raymond Kepner and Elizabeth Remp, on Saturday, 29 March 1941. Eleanor May Bower died on 21 June 1988 at age 69 years, 5 months and 29 days.
