Stella May Waltz was born on 26 June 1894 at Lycoming Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania. She was the daughter of Immanuel J. Waltz and Sarah Duitch Marshall. Stella May Waltz married, at age 19, David Christian Bower, age 19, son of William A. Bower and Annie Mann, on Wednesday, 8 April 1914. Stella May Waltz died on 30 September 1975 at age 81 years, 3 months and 4 days. She was buried on 3 October 1975 in the Mound Cemetery, located in Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.
