Freida V. Robinson

     Freida V. Robinson was born on 14 June 1919. She was the daughter of Ollie K. Robinson and Ella M. Wright. Freida V. Robinson first married Herman W. Frey, son of Samuel A. Frey and Annie E. [—?—], circa 1939. Freida V. Robinson married a second time Charles D. Aderhold, son of Abraham A. Aderhold and Annie M. Simmers, circa 1985. Freida V. Robinson died on 8 November 2005 at age 86 years, 4 months and 25 days.
     Her obituary was published on 11 November 2005 in the Williamsport Sun-Gazette, printed in Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania. Her obituary stated:

     Frieda R. Aderhold, 86, of Cogan Station, died Tuesday, November 8, 2005 at the Williamsport Hospital.

     Born June 14, 1919 in Linden, she was a daughter of Ollie and Ella Wright Robinson.

     She had worked as a seamstress at Weldons. Frieda was a member of Linden Presbyterian Church, and she had been a volunteer at Sycamore Manor since 1990.

     Surviving are two daughters, Anna Smith of Loganton and Jean Slykhuis of Linden; two sons, Kenneth Frey of Linden and Howard Frey of Liberty; 11 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; and a sister, Ruth Bullock of Jersey Shore.

     She was preceded in death by her first husband, Herman W. Frey in 1983 and her second husband, Charles D. Aderhold in 1995; two grandchildren, Charles Frey and Robyn Frey; a brother, Merritt Robinson; and a sister, Anna Lovell.

     Funeral services will be held 1:30 p.m. Monday at Sanders Mortuary, 821 Diamond St., Williamsport, with the Rev. Ronald Turner officiating. Burial will be held in Woodward Township Cemetery. Friends may call from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. Monday at Sanders.

     The family will provide the flowers and suggests contributions be made to Linden Presbyterian church, 740 Northway Road, Linden, Pa. 17744.1
