George Edward Rentz was born on 30 October 1859. He was the son of Solomon F. Rentz and Catharina Ann Stolz.1 George Edward Rentz married, at age 28, Rebecca Amelia Ball, age 24, daughter of Peter Ball and Jane Brierden, on Thursday, 15 March 1888. George Edward Rentz died on 2 May 1931 at age 71 years, 6 months and 2 days.
