     Ruth Rebecca Ulmer was born on 14 December 1910 at Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.1,2 She was the daughter of Harry Edward Ulmer and Sarah Alice Hart. Ruth Rebecca Ulmer married Lair Benford Hinston, son of George Hinston and Sarah Miller, circa 1929.3,2 Ruth Rebecca Ulmer died on 17 July 1991 at Divine Providence Hospital, Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania, at age 80 years, 7 months and 3 days.1,2 She was buried in the Twin Hills Memorial Park, located in Fairfield Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.2
