     Eugene R. Ulmer was born on 3 November 1946 at Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.1 He was the son of Arthur W. Ulmer and Ellen Elizabeth Kepner. Eugene R. Ulmer married, at age 21, Sharon A. Switzer, daughter of Ellsworth K. Switzer and Dorothy L. Bausinger, on Saturday, 24 August 1968. Eugene R. Ulmer died on 15 May 1994 at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville, Mahoning Township, Montour County, Pennsylvania, at age 47 years, 6 months and 12 days.1 He was buried on 18 May 1994 in the Twin Hills Memorial Park, located in Fairfield Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.1
