     Charles Edward Bower was born on 1 June 1942 at Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.1 He was the son of William Bower and Bernadine May Mollenkopf. Charles Edward Bower married Shirley E. Hamilton, daughter of George Hamilton and Catherine Pepperman, circa 1960.2 Charles Edward Bower died on 6 November 1970 at Williamsport Hospital, Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania, at age 28 years, 5 months and 5 days.1 He was buried on 10 November 1970 in the State Road United Methodist Church Cemetery, located in Lycoming Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.1
     He was a weaver for Syntex Fabrics in 1968.
