Harry Lehman Watts1,2

     Harry Lehman Watts was born on 21 January 1929 at Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.2 He was the son of Harry Bruce Watts and Charlotte Alvernia Sweeny.2 Harry Lehman Watts married Sara Ann Cupp, daughter of Ralph Cupp and Sara Pepperman, circa 1952.1 Harry Lehman Watts died on 8 January 2007 at Valley View Nursing Center, Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania, at age 77 years, 11 months and 18 days.2
     His obituary was published on 10 January 2007 in the Williamsport Sun-Gazette, printed in Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania. His obituary stated:

     Harry L. Watts, 77, of 2140 Warrensville Road, Montoursville, died Monday Jan. 8, 2007, at Valley Nursing Center.

     Born Jan. 21, 1929, in Williamsport, he was a son of Harry Bruce and Charlotte Sweeny Watts. He was an US Army veteran of the Korean War.

     He was preceded in death by his wife, the former Sara A. Cupp, in 1991, and a son, H. Lindsey Watts in 2004.

     Surviving are three daughters, Candy E. and Ron Maready of Pink Hill, N.C., Janet Y. and Carl Eiswerth of Elimsport, and Lee Ann and Tim Berry of Montoursville; a son, Dusty D. Watts of Montoursville; a daughter-in-law, Donitta Watts of Linden; 14 grandchildren, and 26 great grandchildren.

     A graveside service will be held 3 p.m. Thursday at Woodward Township Cemetery, Linden, with the Rev. Don. L. Baker of The Living Church officiating. Memorial contributions in Harry’s name may be made to Valley View Nursing Center, 2140 Warrensville Road, Montoursville, PA 17754. Arrangements by Sanders Mortuary.2
