     Elmer L. Ulmer was born on 1 July 1918.1 He was the son of Isaac E. Ulmer and Annie R. Pepperman. Elmer L. Ulmer married, at age 23, Mildred V. Gable, daughter of George E. Gable and Erma V. Hunter, on Monday, 1 December 1941 at Saint Matthew's Lutheran Church, Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania, by the Reverend Ira S. Sassaman. Elmer L. Ulmer died on 4 January 2005 at age 86 years, 6 months and 3 days.
