Paul Bruce Seitzer married, at age 24, Ruth Foulk, daughter of Harry Peter Foulk and Ida May Sigafoos, on Tuesday, 18 August 1942 at Hepburn Baptist Church, Hepburn Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania. Paul Bruce Seitzer died on 27 March 1973 at West Pennsylvania Hospital, Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, at age 54 years, 7 months and 12 days.2 He was buried in the Blooming Grove Cemetery, located in Hepburn Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.
