     Jacob E. Ulmer was born on 22 March 1872 at Rose Valley, Gamble Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.1 He was the son of Johannes Ulmer and Elizabeth Bidelspacher. Jacob E. Ulmer married Matilda Klump, daughter of George Frederick Klump and Caroline Stoltz, circa 1907.1 Jacob E. Ulmer died in 1954 at Rose Valley, Gamble Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania, at age 81 years. He was buried in the Rose Valley Cemetery, located in Gamble Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.
     He was Farmer.
