     Sylvester Ottwell Moberly was born on 7 November 1916 at Buffalo, Harper County, Oklahoma.1 He was the son of Claud Sylvester Moberly and Susie Willetta Pence. Sylvester Ottwell Moberly married, at age 25, Janice Saling, daughter of Rolla L. Saling and Myrtle Pyle, on Wednesday, 31 December 1941 at Saint Joseph, Buchanan County, Missouri.1
     Sylvester Ottwell Moberly was a transportation manager in 1974.
