     Elmer John Waltz was born on 22 July 1888 at Upper Fairfield Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.1 He was the son of Karl Charles Waltz and Anna Irion. Elmer John Waltz married, at age 21, Esther May Heim, age 20, daughter of Christian Charles Heim and Jane Emma Bidelspacher, on Wednesday, 8 December 1909 at Blooming Grove, Hepburn Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.2 Elmer John Waltz died on 19 January 1968 at Lysock View Nursing Home, Montoursville, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania, at age 79 years, 5 months and 28 days.1
