Carl A. Alexander was born on 2 October 1927 at Montoursville, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.1 He was the son of Harvey Jacob Alexander and Laura Luella Horn.2,1,3 Carl A. Alexander married, at age 25, Anna L. Hoskins on Sunday, 16 August 1953.1 Carl A. Alexander died on 19 February 2010 at age 82 years, 4 months and 17 days.1 He was buried in the Oaklawn Memorial Gardens, located in Fishers, Hamilton County, Indiana.1
Carl A. Alexander was known as Reverend professionally. His obituary was published sometime in February 2010 in the local paper, printed in Fishers, Hamilton County, Indiana. His obituary stated:

Carl was born on October 2, 1927 in Montoursville, PA to Harvey J. and Laura Alexander who preceded him in death.
He and the former Jill Hoskins were married in 1953.
Carl graduated from Johnson Bible College and did graduate work at Butler University School of Religion.
He served as President of Carrie Hedrick Seay Children's Home in Pennsylvania, Past President of Christian Church Ministerial Association in Pennsylvania and Past Chairman of the Board of the Christian Missionary Fellowship.
He served Pastorates in Indiana, Kentucky, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Kansas and Tennessee. He enjoyed watching most sports and loved hiking, gardening and hunting.
He is survived by his loving family, wife, Jill, four daughters, Ginger (Ray) Hamel, Carol Alexander, Carla (Lester) Gindlesperger, Sandi (Randy) Gioe, six grandchildren. and one great grandchild. He is also survived by one brother, and three sisters. One sister preceded him in death.
Services entrusted to Flanner and Buchanan Oaklawn Memorial Gardens.1
