     Dorsey James Burkholder Jr. was born in 1924. He was the son of Dorsey James Burkholder and Olive J. Colabine. Dorsey James Burkholder Jr. married Doris Mae Dangle, age 20, daughter of Franklin F. Dangle and Florence Edna Kinley, on Saturday, 9 April 1949 at Towson, Baltimore County, Maryland.1 Dorsey James Burkholder Jr. died on 8 January 1977 at Hughesville, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania, at age 53 years.
     He was a telegraph operator in 1955.
