Charles Guyer Wurster

Charles Guyer Wurster was born on 2 October 1889 at Linden, Woodward Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania. He was the son of Philip Frederick Wurster and Ida Mary Kress. Charles Guyer Wurster married, at age 27, Olive Naomi Smith, age 24, daughter of Mitchel Crawford Smith and Mary Elizabeth Wurster, on Saturday, 25 November 1916. Charles Guyer Wurster died on 2 July 1961 at Linden, Woodward Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania, at age 71 years and 9 months. He was buried on 5 July 1961 in the Saint John's Chapel Cemetery, located in Anthony Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.
He attended school at the Lower Pine Run School in Woodward Township, Lycoming County near Linden in 1895. Retired Grit Newspaper May 21, 1961. He was employed by Grit Newspaper and as a farmer.
